FREDERICK, Md. -  The Hood College field hockey team fell to the Lions of Albright 5-1.

Inside The Box Score

• Caroline Ricci scored in the 60th minute after a pass from Jayden Barrick.
• The Blazers accounted for four defensive saves. Allison Mori recorded two while Ashley McGlaughlin and Savannah Branch each tallied one.
• Hailey Poisal came up with 12 saves in goal for Hood.

How it Happened

• Kaley Donmoyer of Albright put in the first tally in the 21st minute.
• Tracy Snyder and Marley Berger finished off the first half scoring with a goal each.
• Albright opened up the scoring in the second half with a goal from Mia Moshang in the 52nd minute.
• After a dish from Barrick, Ricci found the cage making the score 4-1.
• Jennifer Crumling, in the 66th minute, scored the final goal of the game.

Notes

• Aileen Taylor played the first 55 minutes of the game for the Lions. Brooke Tucker had one save in the remaining 15 minutes.
