How it Happened
- The first five innings were a pitchers' duel between Luscombe and Billy Benson of Washington. The duo cruised through the first five innings with the only blemish being a RBI single by Wes Robertson that gave the Shoremen a 1-0 lead.
- Two errors in the sixth opened the door for eight runs by Washington to break the game open.

- Billy Benson and Nick Popolizio combined on a three-hit shutout for the Shoremen.

How it Happened
- Aaron Barclay had the big hit of the first with a two-run single that made it 3-0. After they added a fourth run in the first inning, another run came home in the second inning for a 5-0 lead.
- Greenberg scored during a double play in the third and on a wild pitch in the fourth as the Blazers cut the deficit to 5-2.
Notes
- Logan Dubbe went five innings and picked up the win. Nick Roberti notched the save with scoreless frames in the sixth and seventh.
- Joe Otto, Charlie Meder and Gavin O'Donnell had two hits apiece for the Shoremen.
