Box Score READING, Pa. - Hood College's Travis Schweizer tossed eight innings of one-run baseball as the Blazers defeated Albright 4-1 in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth action.

How it Happened
- Schweizer and Albright starter Matt Fisher were locked in a pitcher's duel until Baldwin singled in Dylan Johnson to give Hood a 1-0 lead in the fourth.
- The Blazers gave themselves some breathing room with a three-run sixth. Quinn Fulton's RBI ground out made it 2-1 and a two-run single by Esposito stretched the lead to three.
- A Micah Storms RBI single in the eighth was the only blemish against Schweizer.
Notes
- Tanner Brescancine had three hits for Albright.
- Fisher took the loss for the Lions. He allowed four runs in 5.2 innings. The right hander had walked only three in 36 innings entering the game, but Hood drew three bases on balls in the win.
- Trevor Mastria pitched the final 3.1 and struck out seven.
