Box Score FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College baseball team picked up a 15-2 win over visiting Stevenson in a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth contest.

How it Happened
- Stevenson took a 2-0 lead in the second, but the lead was short-lived as the Blazers scored four in the bottom half of the inning. Wayne Baldwin doubled with two outs to start Hood's rally. Drake Friend followed with a RBI single. After an error and a wild pitch, Esposito gave the Blazers the lead with a two-run triple. Patterson drove him in with an infield single to make it 4-2.
- Hood pulled away with six runs in the sixth. The Blazers loaded the bases with no outs and Quinn Fulton knocked a single through the middle to drive in a pair. Bunt, RBI singles by Esposito and Patterson followed to make it 8-2. A two-run single by Dylan Johnson capped the inning as Hood went ahead 10-2.
- Five more runs in the sixth made it 15-2. Greenberg singled in a run and scored on a two-run blast by Gall that put Hood ahead 13-2. Friend had a RBI triple and scored on a double by Patterson for a 13-run advantage.

- Michael Rhodes hit a two-run homer in the second inning for all of Stevenson's scoring.
- Jake Hall added a double and a walk.
- James Wiercinski allowed six earned runs in 3.1 innings to take the loss.
