• Elena Zinaich notched 10 kills, three blocks and four aces.

How it Happened

• In the first set, the Nittany Lions pulled within 12-11 after a kill by Alexis Smith. The Blazers followed with a kill by Kari Betson to start an 8-1 run that put the set out of reach. 
• Hood dominated the second set, hitting 14-0-27 (52 percent). 
• The Blazers followed with a .296 hitting mark in set three, while holding PSUMA to -.105. 

Notes

• It was the second straight win for Hood. 
• Penn State Mont Alto dropped to 3-2.
