YORK, Pa. - The Hood College volleyball team dropped a pair of three-match decisions in a tri-match at York (Pa.) that included Southern Virginia.

• Southern Virginia won 25-20, 25-11, 25-22. 
• York (Pa.) won 25-8, 25-17, 25-14.

Inside the Box Score

• Elena Zinaich tallied 20 total kills and four blocks. 
• Payton Belella had 39 assists and 17. She surpassed 3,500 career assists. 
• Carmella Fouts added 20 digs. 
• Renee Reus finished 18 digs. 

How it Happened - Southern Virginia

• Zinaich finished with 11 kills and Belella had 21 assists and nine digs. 
• Fouts reached double digits in digs with 14. 
• Allison Tiegs hit .500 for the Knights with eight kills and zero errors in 16 attempts. Ella Burrows had six blocks and three other players added three apiece.
