FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College women's basketball team dropped a 74-39 final to No. 13 Albright in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth play. 

Inside the Box Score

• Celestria Hill led Hood with 10 points and grabbed eight rebounds, including six on the offensive glass. 
• Morgan Anderson had nine boards and two blocked shots. 

How it Happened

• The Blazers came out ice cold, missing 11 straight shots to open the game as Albright built a 16-1 lead in the opening seven and a half minutes. Hill ended the drought with an offensive rebound and the put back with 2:26 to go in the first quarter. The bucket started a 7-2 run to close the period, including five points by Mia Savoy, to bring Hood within 18-8 heading to the second quarter. 
• Anderson scored to open the second quarter, cutting the Lions lead to eight. Albright's Dejah Terrell scored 13 points during a 24-4 run over the next eight minutes as Albright stretched the lead to 44-18 at halftime.
• The Lions opened the third quarter with an 11-2 run and continued to pull away over the rest of the second half. 

Notes

• Terrell had a double-double by halftime for Albright and finished with 24 points and 19 rebounds. Gabby Boggs added 12 points and 17 rebounds as the Lions outrebounded Hood 61-44. Amina Rauf scored 13 points off the bench.
