FREDERICK, Md. – The Hood College men's soccer team continued Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth play on the road as the Blazers fell 7-0 to second-ranked Messiah.

How It Happened
- Messiah tallied four unanswered goals in the first half of play. Trevor Goodling scored off an assist by Ben Lefever in the first minute of the game. Lefever recorded another assist, but this time on a Luke Brautigam goal in the 22nd minute to extend the lead 2-0 over Hood
- Lucas Kokolios netted the Falcons third goal of the game in the 30th minute off an assist by Matt McDonald.
- Messiah scored in the 42nd minute as Stefan Leitzel got a foot on the ball off the corner kick by Dylan Englehart to extend the lead 4-0
.
- Coming out of the halftime break, Messiah tallied its fifth goal of the game off another strike by Lefever assisted by Goodling in the 42nd minute.
- Goodling tallied his second goal of the day off a Kokolis assist in the 60th minute. Five minute later, McDonald netted a goal off an assist by Cole Cristian in the 65th minute to secure the 7-0 victory.
