CARLISLE, Pa. - Hood College's Evan Ellington placed second in the 200-meter dash and ran career-best times in both the 200 and 55 to lead the men's track and field team at the DuCharme Invitational at Dickinson College.

Scoring Points

• Ellington ran a time of 23.95 seconds in the 200 to place second. Ellington also placed fourth in the 55 with a time of 6.70 seconds.
• Jamel Mins recorded a time of 6.86 in the 55, placing sixth. This time gave the first-year the fifth-fastest Blazer in the event in Hood College history. 

Team Standings

• Hood was fourth with 13 points. 
• Messiah placed first with 203.
