Bentley LeBarron,
Will Sweeney and
Colby Gallagher combined for 14 goals as the Blazers defeated Albright 17-9 in a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth contest.

- Bryce McCown picked a good time to score his first career goal, stopping Albright's momentum with 1:48 left in the first quarter. The goal sparked an 8-1 surge by Hood to finish the half that became a 14-1 run early in the fourth quarter, a span of nearly 40 minutes.
- McCown's tally and one by Sweeney with 23 seconds left made it 5-3 at the end of the first.
- Gallagher took an assist from Mullen to start the scoring in the second quarter at 11:39 and back-to-back goals by LeBarron gave Hood its first lead at 6-5 with 7:20 to go in the period.
- Jacob Cunningham's third goal of the half tied the score with 4:42 on the clock but the Blazers once again finished the quarter strong. Goals by Sweeney, LeBarron and Gallagher, respectively, in the final 3:20 made it 9-6 at halftime.
- Hood's run extended into the fourth quarter as Hood scored the first six goals after play resumed. Two goals from Sweeney opened the third period and scores from Kyle Scott, Combe and LeBarron made it 14-6 after three quarters.
- Gallagher took an assist from Combe to make it 15-6 with 11:27 left in the game before Albright's Cole Genneken scored just over three minutes later.
- The final scores of the day by Gallagher and Sweeney made it a 10-goal lead for Hood before the Lions scored twice in the final 90 seconds.
