GRANTHAM, Pa. - Three members of the Hood College women's track and field team were in action in distance events on the first day of the Messiah Multi & Invitational. 

On the track

• Riley Fitz placed 15th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5:37.92. 
• Raphaella Henson-Vendrell and Kaylee Weaver participated in the 5,000-meter run. Henson-Vendrell took 22nd in 21:17.39. Weaver was 24th. 

Notes

• Hood is tied for ninth in the team scoring.
