ST. DAVIS, Pa. - The Hood College men's soccer team traveled to Eastern University for a Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth clash with the Eagles that resulted in a 7-1 loss.

How It Happened
- Fuentes-Reyes scored the lone Blazer goal in the 86th minute on a corner kick to avoid the shutout and make the score 7-1.
- Eastern scored three goals in the first half to go up 3-0 over the Blazers. Evan Cope scored his first of the day assisted by Emmanuel Hewitt in the game's 7th minute.
- Steven Farjardo scored a minute later off an assist by Aidan Link for the second goal of the half, then Ryan Jammes scored after receiving a pass from Nik Kokolios in the 21st minute to secure the three-goal half.
- Cope added his second of the day to open the second half in the 64th minute off an assist by Derek Buhrman. Buhrman added another assist on a Matthre Capuano goal in the 75th minute to extend the lead to 5-0 in favor of the Eagles.
- In the 82nd minute, Cope capped off the hat trick on a Haroon Husseini assist to go up 6-0, then two minutes later, Marino Iandolo secured the seven-goal day scoring off a Capuano assist.
