FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College men's swimming team hosted a Middle Atlantic Conference tri-meet with Lycoming College and Misericordia University on Saturday.

- Hood defeated Lycoming 130-80 and fell to Misericordia 160-80.
Top Finishes
- Ike Brittingham (Lewes, Del./Sussex Central) led the Blazers with two first-place finishes in his respective events. Brittingham swam a 1:02.63 in the 100-yard breaststroke and a 2:24.00 in the 200-yard breaststroke.Â
- Jalen Chance (New Castle, Del./William Penn) and Hank Machen (Knoxville, Md./Brunswick) added a first-place finish each for the Blazers. Machen won the 500-yard free in 5:40.83 while Chance won the 50-yard free in 22.72 and also placed third in the 100-yard butterfly in 58.17.
- Hazen Stowell (West Jordan, Utah/Riverton) earned second in the 200-yard free in 1:48.27 and third in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:11.52.
- Storm Fuller (Edgewood, Md./Edgewood) swam a 51.92 in the 100-yard free for second place and a 59.51 in the 100-yard back for third place.Â
- Patrick Krol (Ellicott City, Md./Homeschool) earned third for the Blazers in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:26.79.
- The 400-yard medley relay team of Fuller, Brittingham, Chance and Stowell earned second swimming a 3:50.08.
- The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Ethan Hubble (Middletown, Md./Middletown), Fuller, Stowell and Chance placed second in 3:24.10.Â

- The Blazers now sit 4-3 (3-3) on the season.
