FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College women's swimming team split a Middle Atlantic Conference tri-meet with Lycoming College and Misericordia University on Saturday.

- Hood downed Lycoming 115-103 but fell 186-61 to Misericordia.Â
Top Finishes
- Melissa Jacobs (Calvert County, Md./Calvert) earned a second and third-place finish for the Blazers. Jacobs earned second in the 200-yard back in 2:21.60 and third in the 100-yard back in 1:06.84.
- Andrea Kassa (Monongahela, Pa./Ringgold) placed second in the 200-yard fly in 2:28.76.
- Olivia Menusan (Frederick, Md./Urbana) and Danielle Pong (Chambersburg, Pa./Mercersburg Academy) both earned a third-place finish in their respective events. Menusan swam a 2:29.65 in the 200-yard back while Pong swam a 3:03.09 in the 200-yard breaststroke.
- Ridley Little (Bristol, Va./Virginia) earned third in the 1000-yard freestyle swimming a 12:24.75.
- The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Jordan Taylor (Palmyra, Pa./Palmyra Area), Kassa, Menusan and Jacobs earned third in 4:12.68.
