STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Adalie Heller ran a career best in the 800-meter run to pace the Blazers at the Fastrack National Invitational in Staten Island, N.Y.

Highlights

• Heller recorded a time of 2:38.80 in the 800, placing 84th out of 109 runners. The time would be a career best for the first year.
• The 4x400-meter relay team of Shayna Hancock, Shania Mason, Ros Taylor and Heller placed 12th with a time of 4:30.08
• Tay Zechman placed 46th out of 80 throwers in the weight throw with a mark of 11.48 meters. 
• Gloria Castillo recorded a mark of 4.45 meters (14' 7.20) in the long jump, placing 60th. The mark gave the first year a personal best in the event.
