SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Five members of the Hood College women's track and field team turned in career best performances at the Susquehanna Tune-Up Invitational at Susquehanna University.  

On The Track 

• Shania Mason recorded a time of 27.64 in the 200-meter, placing third. The time was a personal best for the first-year, and made her tied for the second-fastest Blazer in the event in program history.
• Shayna Hancock clocked in a time of 29.39 in the 200-meter dash, which is a new personal best. The junior also recorded a 1:06.83 in the 400-meter dash, placing 16th.
• Raphaella Henson-Vendrell recorded two personal bests. The senior ran a time of 12:01.82 in the 3000-meter run, placing sixth. Henson-Vendrell's other personal best came by way of the mile-run in which she recorded a time of 6:00.22.    

In The Field 

• Tay Zechman threw a career best in the weight throw with a mark of 12.03 (39-5 3/4), placing third. 
• Chloe McQuillen placed eighth in the high jump with a clearing height of 1.38 meters (4-6 1/4). The junior also set herself a new personal best in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 11.54.
