Follow the game Scouting the Pride
Widener enters the contest 13-13 overall and went 6-10 in the regular season in conference play. The Pride have perhaps the most impressive win of an MAC Commonwealth team, defeating then-No. 8 Swarthmore 77-66 in November. Widener features a balanced offense with three players averaging between 12.2 and 12.8 points per game and a fourth player in double figures. Matt Daulerio checks in at 12.8 ppg and his shooting over 50 percent from the field and almost 40 percent from 3-point range. Jared Peters and Pat Holden also average over 12 ppg. Holden is currently second on the team at 12.4 ppg and has a team-high 80 assists. Peters chips in with 12.2 ppg and is the team-leader in steals with 43. Steven Matlack (11.2 ppg) and Kenny Lewis (9.8 ppg) round out the starting five. Lewis is the team's top rebounder with 7.3 per game.

Scouting the Blazers
The Blazers enter the playoffs at 18-6 overall after finishing 14-2 in the MAC Commonwealth. Hood is led by the senior guard tandem of twin brothers Mason Wang and Evan Wang. Mason is the conference's leading scorer at 22.3 points per game and makes league-best 3.3 3-pointers per game. He also ranks second in steals (2.3), third in 3-point percentage (.422), fourth in assists (3.6), fifth in assist/turnover ratio (1.5), eighth in free throw percentage (.797) and eighth in field goal percentage (.503). Evan is among the MAC Commonwealth leaders in scoring (eighth, 14.1), field goal percentage (ninth, .486), 3-point field goal percentage (second, .453), 3-point field goals (second, 2.8), assists (third, 3.8), while leading the league in assist/turnover ratio (2.5). As a team, Hood leads the MAC Commonwealth in scoring at 81.9 points per game and has a +7.8 scoring margin, also tops in the league. The high-scoring attack is fueled by a perimeter attack that hits 13.1 3-pointers per game, fourth in all of Division III. Hood is 21st in the nation in 3-point percentage at .378 as the Wang twins each rank in the top 30 individually. The Blazers take excellent care of the basketball, committing just 12.1 turnovers per contest.
