READING, Pa. - Chloe McQuillen's seventh place finish in the pentathlon led the Hood College women's track and field team on the final day of the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships, hosted by Alvernia University.   

Scoring Points 

• Chloe McQuillen finished her five events  with a total score of 2148, placing seventh. This score made the junior the third best women's pentathlon athlete in school history.  

Personal Bests

• Tay Zechman threw the shot 9.65 meters (38-8) to place 13th. The throw was a personal best for the sophomore.

Highlights

• Shania Mason recorded a time of 27.95 in the 200-meter dash, placing 15th.
• The 4x400-meter relay of Shayna Hancock, Ros Taylor, Adalie Heller and Mason placed 10th with a time of 4:26.58. 

Notes 

• The Blazers finished in 14th place. 
• Misericordia won the MAC Indoor Championships with 154 points.
