WESTMINSTER, Md. - The Hood College men's soccer team traveled to McDaniel College and fell 2-0 for the first loss of the season.

How It Happened
- After a free kick opportunity, McDaniel scored the first goal when AJ Nordone found the rebounded to the initial shot by Nick Starr off a free kick at the 15:44 minute mark to earn the 1-0 lead.
- During the remaining 30 minutes of the first half, Lawrence and Quenzer took two shots each for Hood trying to tie the game at 1-1.
- After the halftime break and a lot of back-and-forth play in the midfield, McDaniel secured the 2-0 win over the Blazers from a goal by Justin Winborne-Freeman assisted by Tyler Reid at 61:38.
