BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The women's cross country team raced in the 50th Annual Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University.
On the Course
Aylene Noy (Frederick, Md./Tuscarora) took 18th place running the 6,000 meter course in 23:25.6. Her time is the third-fastest in program history, for a race of this distance.
Megan Mulholland (Beachwood, N.J./Toms River South) took 158th in 26:48.9 to lead a group of Blazers finishing within a minute of each other.
Jenny Schlossberg () finished 171st in 27:19.2 and
Promise Green (Monrovia, Md./Linganore) finished 178th in 27:31.5.
Rosa Olivar (Beltsville, Md./High Point Senior) finished in 27:36.4 to take 182nd, rounding out the quartet in the process.
Marin Bartman (Middletown, Md./Middletown) and
Samantha Smith () finished back-to-back in 27:55.6 and 28:10.3 to take 191st and 192nd place.
Team Scoring
Sonoma State University took the team crown with 64 points.
The Seawolves also had the individual champion in Constance O'Neal, who ran a time of 21:31.4.
Hood was 25th with 625 points.
