ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. - The Hood College men's golf team competed at McDaniel Spring Invitational to begin the 2024 spring season.

Caleb Dolan (Dumfries, Va./Potomac) led the Blazers placing 51st and shooting a personal record of 83 on the day.

Patrick Gogarty (Dagsboro, Del./Indian River) followed closely behind as he scored 84 and was in 58th place.
- Brady Leonard (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) and Mac Arida (Gambrills, Md./Crofton) tied at 64th place as each finished the course with a score of 85.
- Nathan Leppo (Finksburg, MD/Westminster) shot a 90 and ended the day placing 81st.

Gettysburg's Cameron Deiuliis finished 1st place overall with the lowest score on the day shooting 71.

Swarthmore took 1st place with a combined score of 299, outscoring second place Franklin & Marshall by 1 stroke.

Hood finished 14th out of 18 teams tying SUNY Delhi with a score of 337.
