YORK, Pa. — The women's golf team wrapped up the fall season at the Spartan Shootout hosted by York College of Pennsylvania this past Sunday and Monday. Round one was limited to 14 holes due to weather conditions while the final 18 holes were played the next day at the Royal Manchester Golf Links.
On the Scorecards
Leading the Blazers was
Gabi Miller (Connellsville, Pa./Connellsville), who posted rounds of 72 and 98 to finish tied for 11th. Miller's opening round was a highlight for Hood, as she navigated the front nine for the group's lowest set of nine holes.
Joining her in a tie for 11th was
Keira Corcoran (Queenstown, Md./Queen Anne's County), who carded scores of 80 and 94 for a matching with a +42 (170). Corcoran played steady and marked birdies in both rounds.
Sophia Stultz (Elk Township, N.J./Our Lady of Mercy Academy) followed with rounds of 89 and 106, finishing 19th at +62 (190).
Hayden Avery (Greenwood, Del./Woodbridge) rounded out the scoring for Hood, posting 111 and 133 to finish 24
th.
On the Leaderboard
Victoria Jolakian finished in first with a 139, scattering pars throughout her round.
York won by a landslide in the team race, with four golfers taking the top four spots.
Hood finished fourth of four teams.

The squad will prepare for an eventful Spring 2026 in the Middle Atlantic Conference.
