FLEETWOOD, PA – The men's golf team takes third in the Albright Spring Invitational at the Golden Oaks Golf Course hosted by the Albright Lions on Wednesday afternoon.
On the Scorecards
Cameron Swan (Simsbury, Conn./Simsbury) started the tournament with back-to-back birdies on Hole 10 and 11 in his first nine and dropped pars on seven of nine holes to end his outing tied for ninth with a 121.
Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) matched with a 121 on the weekend with a birdie on Holes 10, 11, and 18 during the tournament.
Mac Arida (Gambrills, Md./Crofton) shot an 80 through 18 holes with birds on Hole 11 and 13 and finished all 27 with a 122 good to tie for 14
th.
Patrick Gogarty (Dagsboro, Del./Indian River) shot a consistent 40-41-42 split with his first round starting with five pars and a birdie on Hole 5 to place tied for 17
th.
Brady Leonard (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) rounds out the Blazers in 25
th of the 46 golfers with at least there pars in each round of nine with a birdie on Hole 2.
On the Leaderboard
Stevenson takes the top spot with a 469, six strokes ahead of Albright and 14 ahead of your Blazers.
Sean Dowd shots under 40 on each of his three rounds including a 32 in his final nine holes for a 110 to take the individual competition.
Hood finishes tied for third out of the nine teams in the field with a 483.
