FREDERICK, Md. – The Men's Lacrosse team earned their fourth win of the year via nine different goal scorers to cruise past the Eagles of Husson University 15-6 during spring break on Wednesday afternoon at Thomas Athletic Field.

How it Happened
Hood set the tone early, scoring the game's first two goals before taking a 3–1 lead into the first break. The Blazers blew the game open with a four-goal second quarter, including three man-up goals from Workman, Harich, and McElroy, surging ahead 7–2 at halftime.
The third quarter was all Hood, with the Blazers outscoring Husson 6–1 during the frame and extending the lead to 13–3. Highlights included goals from
Eric Reese (Erie, Pa./McDowell),
Regan Tesche (Avondale, Pa./Salesianum School), Wales, Hawkins, and a third of the night from Odenheimer.
Defensively, Hood forced 18 Husson turnovers and racked up 11 caused turnovers, highlighted by strong play from
Nino Rizzolino (Easton, Pa./Easton Area),
Kyle Hudson (Millersville, Md./Mount Saint Joseph), and
Brandon Hare (Abingdon, Md./The John Carroll).
For the Opponent
Owen Giorgio scooped up five ground balls while causing three turnovers and scoring two goals.
Kiernan Field assisted on a pair of goals.
Notes
Hood's man-up unit executed efficiently, converting on four of five extra-man opportunities. Meanwhile, the Blazers' penalty-kill unit limited Husson to just 2-of-6 with the advantage.
