NEWTOWN Pa. (Women's Lacrosse) – The 2026 All-MAC Commonwealth Women's Lacrosse Team has been announced, a pair of Blazers in
Maggie Merrill (Marriottsville, Md./Marriotts Ridge) and
Abbey Bolingbroke (Jefferson, Md./Brunswick) both earn second team honors for their play this season.
Maggie Merrill (Marriottsville, Md./Marriotts Ridge) - Attack
Merrill in her one-year stint with the Blazers earns Second Team All-Conference after leading the team in both goals (42) and assists (16) while winning the draw 62 times as an explosive threat. The graduate increased the tempo of the Blazer offense and was able to cut through defenses before slides could be made to expose the defense. In conference play, she recorded five-goal performances against Widener and Eastern and four-pieces against Alvernia and Albright.
Abbey Bolingbroke (Jefferson, Md./Brunswick) - Defenseman
Bolingbroke was the enforcer on defense duking it out for groundballs (34) and causing crucial turnovers (17). The senior also took time at the draw and won 49 of those and played big roles in games against Marymount, Albright and the season finale in Eastern.
