How it Happened
Â
The Blazers came into the game hot and looked to attack the Bryn Mawr defense early on. Throughout the entire first half the Blazers defense stood their ground not allowing a single shot on goal.
The second half followed the same trajectory, the Blazers proved to be dangerous on the attacking end, forcing several corners in succession, but the Bryn Mawr defense successfully defended the constant attacks on goal. The only save of the day for the Blazers was grabbed by Lily Blackman in the 62nd minute.
The Blazers were able to hold on to the ball the remainder of the match, securing the victory on the day 1-0.
