FREDERICK, Md. - Winter weather in the Mid-Atlantic Region has forced more schedule changes for Hood College's athletic programs.

The men's lacrosse home opener between the Blazers and Rosemont has been postponed until March 16 at 3:30 p.m.

A time change has been announced for the basketball doubleheader with Messiah. The women's game will now start at 11 a.m., with the men's following at approximately 1 p.m.

Women's tennis was originally slated to play at Shenandoah on Saturday, February 21, but will now play Friday evening at 8:30 p.m. on February 20.

Earlier this week, Hood announced the cancellation of its baseball game against Southern Vermont, scheduled for Friday, February 20. The Blazers open their baseball season on February 25 against Lancaster Bible at noon.
