LA PLUME, Pa. - Hood College scored the second most goals in school history to tie a men's lacrosse mark with its sixth consecutive win in a 22-3 victory at Keystone.

• Zak Kooser had career-highs with five goals and eight points. 
• Michael Mullen had a strong all-around performance with two goals, four assists, eight ground balls and two caused turnovers.

How it Happened

• The Giants struck first with a goal by Jayden Kirby less than two minutes into the game. From there, the Blazers scored eight straight to take command of the game. Kooser had a hat trick in the first quarter as Hood went ahead 6-1.
• Goals by Gavin Combe and LeBarron opened the second quarter before Keystone's Alec Lloyd scored a man up goal with 5:39 left in the half. Somerville scored two of Hood's final four goals of the period for a 12-2 edge at the half. 
• Keystone showed life to open the third quarter, holding Hood off the scoreboard for nearly eight minutes. Hood's defense allowed just one goal during that stretch, however, and scores by LeBarron, Mullen and Will Clampitt down the stretch made it 15-3 at the end of the period.
• Those three goals opened a 10-0 run to close the game. Seven different players scored for the Blazers in the fourth.

Notes

• Tyler Brock had four ground balls for the Giants and Brendan Brown forced two turnovers. 
• Dean Orofino made 15 saves in the first half, while Nicholas Vazquez was credited with six in the final 30 minutes. 
• Hood outshot the Keystone 59-22.
• The Blazers original six-game win streak came in 2017.
