WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Hood College women's tennis team swept Trinity Washington 9-0 for the Blazers' fourth straight victory. 

Doubles

• Hood's three doubles teams combined to drop just one game. 
• The first duo of Megan Carter and Skylar Wright won 8-0, as did Jennifer Slick and Abbey Bloom at No. 2. 
• Jordan Bailey and Taylor Hall were 8-1 winners at third doubles in their first match of the season together. 

Singles

• Four Blazers won by matching 6-0, 6-0 scores. Carter improved to 5-1 on the year at first singles, while Wright moved to 4-2 with a win at second singles. Bloom was unblemished at fourth singles for her second victory and Bailey did not drop a game for her first collegiate win. 
• Slick won 6-1, 6-0 at third singles and Hall notched a 6-2, 6-0 win at sixth singles. 

Notes

• The Blazers improved to 4-2 on the year.
