FREDERICK, Md. - Hood College's Megan Carter and Skylar Wright won matches at the top two singles flights but Lebanon Valley defeated the Blazers 7-2 in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth play. 

How it Happened

• Carter won at first singles in straight sets against Melanie Haas 6-3, 6-4. 
• Wright dropped the first set but rebounded at No. 2 for a 1-6, 6-2, 6-1 victory against Rachel Duong. 
• Carter and Wright lost 8-4 at first doubles, as did Jennifer Slick and Abbey Bloom at No. 2.
