WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - The Hood College men's swim team picked up a 94-73 win at Lycoming in a Middle Atlantic Conference dual meet. 

Winners

• Hazen Stowell won both of the distance freestyle events. He was the victor in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:32.83 and scored a second win with a time of 5:06.47 in the 500. Both wins came by margins of over 20 seconds. 
• Brooks Anderson was the winner of the 100 free in 52.51. He was the runner up in the 200 free in 1:59.52. 
• The Blazers other individual win came in the 200-yard breaststroke where Andrew Bezmen swam the winning time of 2:25.87. He scored a second-place finish in the 50 free in 24.31. 
• Hood won both relays. The foursome of Patrick Krol, Bezmen, Russell Odor and Cameron King swam a time of 1:49.46 in the 200-yard medley relay. In the 200 free relay, Anderson, Stowell, King and Odor teamed up for the winning time of 1:33.94. 

Seconds

• In addition to runner-up finishes by Anderson and Bezmen, Krol swam a time of 2:12.81 for second place in the 200-yard individual medley. 

Notes

• The win gave the Blazers a 2-1 mark in dual meets in Head Coach Chris Gibeau's first season.
