Box Score 2 NEW MARKET, Md. - The Hood College tennis teams dropped their senior day matches to visiting Albright in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth action. The women fell 7-2, while the men's match was a default for the Blazers.
Women's Results
- Hood's lone win in doubles came via an 8-2 final at second doubles by Cori Mark (Bel Air, Md./Bel Air) and Lauren Sheffler (Williamsport, Md./Williamsport), who defeated the Lions' Isabella Tice and Jacqualine Manikas.
- Mark recorded the only singles point for Hood at No.3 when Manikas was forced to retire.
Men's Results
- Tyler James (Frederick, Md./Middletown) and Jake Stubits (Nazareth, Pa./Notre Dame-Green Pond) fell via a tiebreaker at first doubles, 8-7 (7-3) to Fox Bryan and Kade Friedrich.
