MOHNTON, Md. – The men's golf team traveled to Pennsylvania for the Alvernia Fall Invitational at the Ledgerock Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon.
 
On the Scorecards
 
Nathan Leppo (Finksburg, MD/Westminster) led the Blazers placed tied for 10^th shooting an 81 on the round highlighted by a Hole 10 birdie to start the back nine.
 
Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) shot an 83 on the day good enough for 18^th.
 
Kyle Roddy (Frederick, Md./Oakdale) took on the tough terrain and earned an 86 for 23^rd place finish.
 
Evan Oglesby (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) fought the course but led the squad in birdies with two which was in the higher tier of golfers that performed.
 
On the Leaderboards
 
Alvernia squad took team play shooting a 305, 15 strokes ahead of second place Rutgers-Camden.
 
Alvernia's Shawn Williams and Jackson Hoovler shot a cool 72 to share a top of individual play.
 
Hood placed 6^th of the 8 teams participating.

The squad will hosted again by Alvernia for the Battle at Bulle Rock on the weekend of October 15 this time in Mohnton, Pennsylvania at the Bulle Rock Golf Course.
