ANNVILLE, Pa. - The Hood College field hockey team dropped a 6-0 final to Lebanon Valley in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth action. 

Hailey Poisal (Westminster, Md. / Westminster) was credited with 15 saves for the Blazers. Jayden Barrick (Newport, Pa. / Newport) had two defensive saves and Kate Sigman (Adamstown, Md. / Tuscarora) added another.

Lebanon Valley's Lyndee Sheaffer had a hand in the game's first three goals. She scored just 1:17 into the contest for what proved to be the game-winner. After assisting on Caity Stevens' first goal of the evening, Sheaffer scored again at 22:19 for a 3-0 lead. 

Hood hosts Albright on October 9.
