Box Score FREDERICK, Md.- Grayson Zubradt became the first player in school history to notch 100 career goals. Zubradt used an eight goal performance to lead the Blazers to a 14-11 victory over the Washington & Jefferson Presidents.
His eight goals place him second all-time for a single game in Hood history and just one short of the most in Division III this year.

How it Happened
- The Presidents got on the board first less than a minute into the contest with a goal by Mark Mandak.
- Zubradt and Somerville countered for the Blazers, but Washington & Jefferson scored twice more to take a 3-2 lead after the first period.
- Hood came out striking in the second period with another goal by Somerville sandwiched between two goals by Zubradt to give Hood a 5-3 lead at the 8:07 mark.
- Washington & Jefferson found the back of the net with just under seven minutes remaining to cut the Blazer lead to one.
- The remainder of the half was all Zubradt, scoring three unanswered goals to push Hood's lead to 8-4 at the halftime break.
- The Blazers came out of the half with three straight goals to stretch the lead to seven, 11-4, the biggest lead of the game.
- The Presidents were able to outscore the Blazers four goals to one for the rest of the period to trim the lead to 12-8 heading into the fourth.
- Bentley LeBarron opened up the scoring in the final period before Washington & Jefferson found the back of the net three times to cut Hood's lead to 13-11 with 4:46 left to play.
- LeBarron found Somerville with 1:24 remaining to cap off the victory for the Blazers.

- Rocco Ruscitto led the Presidents with three goals. Brendan Tribeck and Ben Ward each had three assists. Noah Cohen stopped 13 shots in goal.
