Box Score FREDERICK, Md.- The Hood College men's lacrosse team beat the Alvernia Golden Wolves 24-7 on Senior Day in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth play. The Blazers have notched their tenth win on the season, setting a new program record for wins in a season. The 24 goals also ranks second all-time for a single game in Hood history.

- Alvernia opened up the scoring before Hood went on a six goal run to lead 6-1 after one period. LeBarron and Hurley scored twice while Zubradt and Jaworski found the net once.
- Gilbert scooped up the faceoff and took it straight to goal for an 8-2 advantage just under two minutes into the second quarter.
- The Golden Wolves responded with two consecutive goals before the Blazers ended the half on a four goal run to lead 12-4 at the half.
- Hood continued the run into the second half with a tally by Davis that increased Hood's lead to 15-4 at the 8:56 mark of the third period.
- The Blazers led 19-5 going into the fourth.
