Will Kujawa (Fredericksburg, Md./Massaponax) shot a 36-hole 149 to win the Northwestern Mutual Invitational, hosted by the Hood College men's golf team at the Club at P.B. Dye to lead the Blazers to the team victory.
On the Scorecards
- Kujawa came within one shot of both Hood's 18 and 36-hole scoring marks. His second round 72 was seven strokes better than the field in the final round and just one off the school record. It was also the 18-hole record for a Hood tournament at P.B. Dye. Kujawa was the day one leader with a 77.
- He finished eight strokes ahead of teammate Sam Driscoll (Woodsboro, Md./Walkersville), who finished second with a 157. The graduate student opened the tournament with a 78 and followed it up with a 79 in the second round.
- Brady Leonard (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) shot 82-83 for a sixth-place total of 165.
- Tanner Leonard (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) was two strokes back in eighth (83-84).
- In ninth place was Patrick Gogarty (Dagsboro, Del./Indian River) with a 168 (83-85).
Leaderboards
- All five Blazers finished in the top nine, leading Hood to 25-shot win. The Blazers shot 321 on day one, followed by a 317 to finish at 638.
- Eastern's 663 was six shots better than Alvernia as the Eagles finished second.
- After Kujawa and Driscoll, Eastern's Zach Bruecks was third with a 163 (82-81).

- The Club at P.B. Dye was a par-72, 6,703-yard course.
