WAYNESBORO, Pa. – The men's golf team competes at the Mason-Dixon Collegiate golf tournament this weekend at the Waynesboro Country Club.
On the Scorecards
Will Kujawa (Fredericksburg, Va./Massaponax) led the Blazers with three birdies of the front nine and an eagle on the back to sit in 6
th place heading into the second day. Kujawa found the back nine more friendly with three birdies to finish 16
th in individuals on the tournament.
Brady Leonard (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) and
Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) finish outside the Top 50 shooting straight 78's on the weekend.
Patrick Gogarty (Dagsboro, Del./Indian River) shot an 84 on the first day but bounced back on the second to shoot a 74 and sink four birdies to move 20 spots on the leaderboard to finish outside the Top 60.
On the Leaderboards
Daniel Suter of Gettysburg sits at the top of the podium with a score of 137 shooting seven strokes under par.
Gettysburg took the team win with a 287 in round one and a 279 in round two breaking many tournament records and finishing 18 strokes ahead of second place Franklin & Marshall.
Hood finished 14
th of 19 teams with a 310 and 305 for a 620 on the tournament.
