FREDERICK, Md. - The Hood College men's lacrosse team dropped contest at Home to McDaniel College 11-7.

How it Happened
- McDaniel started off scoring first with a goal by AJ Johnson in the first minute of play. Hood responded immediately with a goal of its own by Flok evening out the score. The Blazers then tacked on three more goals before the end of the first quarter. At 10:11 Wiley got on the board and then just a minute later Flok netted his second goal of the day after an assist by McDermott. Later with just five minutes left Wiley found the back of the net scoring his second taking advantage of an extra man opportunity.
- In the second quarter of play the Green Terror managed to score two more goals curtesy of Cash Stanton that put McDaniel within one goal of Hood with a score of 4-3 at half.
- Six minutes into the third the Blazers got back on the scoreboard after Patnaik caused a turnover and assisted McDermott with a goal giving Hood a two point lead. Before the quarter concluded the Green Terror tacked on two more goals to tie scoring at 5 heading into the fourth.
- Starting out the last quarter of play McDaniel added on another goal by Johnson to take the lead, until the Blazers tied the score back up after a Wiley goal just one minute later. The Green Terror then put together a game changing four goal scoring run finding a lead with just three minutes left on the clock. Hood attempted to put together a comeback bid as Wiley put one in the cage at 2:50. With time running low McDaniel's Jason Fritz score the final goal of the game sealing a win over Hood 11-7.
