NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – Grace Guy (Mechanicsville, Md./Chopticon) earns her third selection for Defensive Player of the week as The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending October 19, 2025. A total of 27 student-athletes were recognized for performances from Oct. 13, 2025 to Oct. 19, 2025.

MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week

Grace Guy (Mechanicsville, Md./Chopticon) (Hood / Sr., GK / Mechanicsville, Md.)  anchored the Blazers to a 2-0 week, matching the program's single-season win record for a goalkeeper. She posted a shutout with three saves against Albright, then tallied seven saves including a penalty stroke stop in a historic 2-1 victory over Widener, marking Hood's first win against the Pride.
