On the court, Fischer is statistically the most prolific 3-point shooter in women's basketball history. She holds the record for most 3-point field goals made in her career with 298 and most made in a single game with eight. Fischer ranks second all-time in games played; she also ranks third all-time in 3-point field goal percentage with a .336 mark. Fischer is also one of only nine women Blazers to reach the 1,000-point mark in her career. Fischer won back-to-back AWCC Championships in basketball her sophomore and junior seasons.

Fischer played just two seasons of field hockey, but was able to etch her name in that record book as well. During her time on the field, she was recognized as the AWCC Rookie of the Year her freshman season and earned All-AWCC First Team honors her sophomore year. Furthermore, Fischer is tied for third all-time in assists, and she is fourth all-time in points and goals.

She was a Dean's List student multiple times in the classroom.
